How should the relevance of the different GHG allowance allocation proposals be assessed? Is it best to create one’s own predictive model in order to see clearly, and if so, how? Participants should have completed the training ‘Initiation to energy modelling’. Or they must have a good knowledge in energy modelling. A good understanding of economics and the energy sector is also recommended.
